I See Hannah’s Joy

After reading Kimberly’s blog (and borrowing a little of Hannah’s imagination), I was able to see something special.

A bit shy, Hannah gingerly greets Jesus, but in only a few moments she was pulling him by the hand and insisting they play hide-and-seek … quickly distracted…, I see Hannah chasing butterflies instead.

Not in the mood any longer, and with hands on her hip, Hannah was letting Jesus know she “actually” would rather be singing. Together, they sing the same song, over and over, with Hannah being so loud, that only she could be heard.

I can see Hannah’s  smile, her endless joy. I can see Jesus loving Hannah. I see Hannah loving Jesus.

I hope you too, can see Hannah’s joy and think of a joy awaiting you.

Mathew 19:14
14 Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
